Terms of service

These terms and conditions apply to all orders submitted to Gemy & Amber's online store at www.gemyandamber.com  (hereinafter referred to as the online store - shopify) and cover all purchase agreements between you as a consumer and Gemy & Amber AB (hereinafter referred to as Gemy & Amber). The terms and conditions can be continuously updated and vary from time to time.

To place an order in the online store, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Gemy & Amber assumes that minors making purchases in the online store provide truthful information about their age and/or have the necessary consent from their guardian to purchase items. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Gemy & Amber to the e-mail address you provided at the time of your purchase. When your order has been delivered and Gemy & Amber has received full payment, you are the owner of the products and are thus responsible for their loss and/or destruction. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for any other item. A lost Gift Card cannot be replaced.

If an item is out of stock before your order status is correctly updated in the online store, Gemy & Amber will notify you of this via email. We can then suggest another product or cancel your order and give you a full refund for the purchase. Gemy & Amber reserves the right to refuse or revoke a purchase agreement in the event of suspicion of fraud or other acts similar to fraud, e.g. suspicion of illegal use of another person's credit card.
